Isaac Mechanic Service
A car shop with no website, now bringing in leads.
William works at Isaac Mechanic Service, a family shop on Sussex Avenue in Morristown that has fixed everything from a Fiat to a Rolls-Royce since 2010. The shop had no website, and he wanted more leads. We built one made to turn a search into a text asking for a price, and we have looked after it ever since.
01Where he started
Isaac Mechanic Service has been on Sussex Avenue since 2010. Same family, and a sign out front listing Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lamborghini and Maserati next to the domestic cars that get everyone to work.
What it did not have was a website. A driver looking for someone to work on a European car in Morristown had nowhere to see what the shop fixes, or to ask for a price without calling.
02What he needed
More leads. More of the right cars coming in, from people who had not found the shop before.
And a site he would never have to think about, because his time belongs under a car, not in a website editor.
03What we built
A price by text
Name, car, the service it needs and when, on the first screen. One tap opens the phone's messages with everything filled in, so the request lands in the shop's texts.
The makes on the sign
Every make the shop works on, from a Fiat to a Rolls-Royce, plus domestic cars and electric cars, so an owner sees their car listed before they reach out.
Every job, grouped
Services grouped by the part of the car they touch, each with its own button to ask for a quote on that job.
Price before work
The shop's four steps on every job, text, diagnosis, approval and pick up, with a clear promise: nothing starts until you say go.
04After launch
We still run the site today. Changes, fixes and updates come to us, and William gets on with the cars.

More leads, and more reviews on Google.
Since the site went live the shop has been getting more leads, and more of its customers have been leaving reviews on Google.
William says it has really helped the business, and the site is still looked after by us today.
