Accessibility statement

We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard used for the Americans with Disabilities Act. We do not claim the site is perfect, and we treat any barrier as a bug.

Keyboard. Every link, button, form and menu can be reached and used with the keyboard alone, with a visible outline on the item in focus and a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page.

Screen readers. Pages use real headings, lists, landmarks and labelled form fields, and images that carry meaning have text descriptions.

Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the animations and the moving background stay still.

Zoom. The site can be zoomed to 200% and reflows on small screens without losing content.

The button with the wheelchair symbol in the bottom left corner of every page opens a menu where you can make the text larger, raise the contrast, underline every link, switch to a plain typeface, add space between lines and stop all animation. Your choices are remembered on this device. The menu adds to the points above; it does not replace them.

The portfolio links to live projects, games and demos. Some of them, such as browser games and 3D pieces, depend on sight or a pointer by their nature and are not fully accessible.

Booking opens Cal.com and payment opens Stripe. Those services are responsible for their own accessibility, and both publish their own statements. If either is a barrier, email us and we will book or bill you directly.

This statement was last reviewed on the date at the top of the page. The site is checked with automated tools on every release and by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader.
