01 — Services

BXZEX provides cutting-edge website design, development, high-frequency hosting, and business automation services. By engaging with our ecosystem or purchasing any product, you enter into a binding agreement with BXZEX Corporation.

02 — Payments & Subscriptions

All services are billed as a monthly subscription. Our standard Launch Plan is $249.00 per month with no setup fee. Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically. Cancellation is available at any time via your Client Dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not require long-term contracts.

03 — Intellectual Property

Upon completion of all contractual payments, you retain full ownership of your custom website code and design assets. BXZEX maintains ownership of our underlying proprietary engines and frameworks used to power your experience.

04 — Content Responsibility

You hold absolute responsibility for all media, text, and data published through your BXZEX-hosted assets. We strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities. We reserve the right to suspend any asset violating these standards.

05 — Termination

BXZEX reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment, breach of terms, or activities that compromise the integrity of our network. Upon termination, access to the dashboard and management tools will be revoked.
