By using bxzex.com or a bxzex portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Every project starts with a written proposal that both sides sign. The proposal sets the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If the proposal and these terms ever disagree, the signed proposal wins.

Unless a signed proposal says otherwise, once a project is paid for, the code and designs we made for it belong to you, and they live in your repository and cloud accounts. We may keep using general know-how and our own tools that existed before your project. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Invoices are paid by card through Stripe and are due on the date shown on the invoice. If an invoice goes well past due, we may pause work until it is paid. Ongoing work is month to month and can be cancelled anytime, with no annual lock in. Refunds and cancellations follow our refund policy, which is part of every proposal and invoice.

Portal logins are for the person they were issued to. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We can suspend an account that is misused.

Do not try to break into the site or a portal, overload it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful. Files you upload to a project must be yours to share.

The text, design and portfolio on bxzex.com belong to bxzex or the clients who own them. Projects on the site are labelled as client work, studio builds, or concepts. A concept is a build made to show what we can do, not work done for the business it imitates.

The site links to live projects, GitHub, Cal.com, Stripe and others. We are not responsible for what those sites do.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. Commitments about a project are the ones written in its proposal.

To the extent the law allows, bxzex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for anything to do with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute goes to the courts of Orange County, Florida.

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
