03Case study
Globoard
A store and a back office, launched in one sprint.
Globoard sells the Deluxe smart spa online. They needed a store that could take payments on day one and a way to run orders from a phone, without anyone sitting at a desk. We shipped both in a four day launch sprint.

01The brief
One flagship product, a store that could take real payments as soon as it launched, and a way for the owner to see and manage every order from wherever they were.
Off the shelf store builders could do part of that, but not the part that mattered most: knowing the moment something sold, and seeing what shoppers were doing before they bought.
02What we built
The storefront
Product photos, spec pages, reviews, a cart and a checkout flow, built mobile first.
Stripe checkout
Every payment is tagged with its order number and the customer's email, so any charge can be matched to its order in seconds.
Order tracking
Customers look up their own order instead of emailing to ask where it is.
An admin app
Installs on a phone like an app. A chime plays when an order comes in, and each order opens with the full customer and payment details.
03The part that stands out
A live map of the store. Every visitor shows up as a pin on a 3D globe, colored by what they're doing right now: browsing, holding something in the cart, or at checkout. Staff visits are left out so the numbers stay honest.
It turns an empty looking dashboard into something you can act on: which pages people read, how many reach the cart, and where traffic from a new ad is landing, while it happens.
04The launch sprint
- Day 1 · 57 changes
The admin side: order value and shipping numbers, product and image management, and the first version of the traffic view.
- Day 3 · 28 changes
The live map, cart tracking, full order details, a Facebook Ads link in the dashboard, and the whole admin made usable on a phone.
- Day 4 · 6 changes
Stripe payments tagged with order numbers, the last missing order fields, and a live payment test before launch.
★The result
Store and back office, launched in one sprint.
Globoard went to taking payments with every order traceable from the storefront through Stripe to the admin app on the owner's phone.
The launch sprint was 91 changes over four days, each one shipped as soon as it was ready.
Launching a product?
If you need a store that takes payments next week, not next quarter, with the back office to run it, let's talk. The first call is 15 minutes and costs nothing.
